What happens 15 days after my first top-up?
Your first successful top-up unlocks 15 days of free server hosting. After that period ends, you need an active subscription to keep your bot running. If your subscription lapses, the instance and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
Do I need to top up immediately after deploying?
Yes. To prevent resource abuse, each bot must receive a credit top-up or active subscription within 12 hours of successful deployment. Bots without any payment after 12 hours are automatically deleted.
Does the free 15-day period include LLM usage?
No. The 15-day period after your first successful top-up covers server hosting costs only. LLM token usage is always billed separately and requires a sufficient credit balance or a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) configuration.
Can I use my own API key?
Yes. Pro and Max subscribers can bring their own OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini API key. When using your own key, no credits are consumed from your Nominiclaw balance for LLM token usage.
How does the top-up credit system work?
You can top up your balance in packages of $10, $50, or $200. A portion of each top-up is applied toward your OpenRouter credit limit for LLM usage.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire and roll over month to month.
What payment methods are accepted?
Major credit and debit cards are accepted, processed securely via DodoPayments.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which the bot will be deleted.
