We collect the following information when you use Nominiclaw:
- Account information: Your name and email address, provided via Google OAuth during sign-in.
- Usage data: Deployment records, LLM token usage, and account balance history.
- Payment information: Payment transactions are handled entirely by Dodopayments. Nominiclaw does not store credit card or debit card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Process billing and manage your account balance
- Send alerts about low balance or service disruptions
- Respond to support requests
- Improve and develop the Service
3. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following third-party services as necessary to operate the Service:
- Dodopayments: Processes all payment transactions. Subject to Dodopayments' privacy policy.
- Google: Provides authentication via Google OAuth. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
- LLM providers: Process token requests made through your deployed OpenClaw instance.
4. Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@nominiclaw.ai.
Server instance data is permanently deleted 48 hours after your account balance reaches zero and is not replenished. This deletion is irreversible.
5. User Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws (including GDPR and CCPA) to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Object to or restrict certain processing

7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted data transmission (TLS) and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us at support@nominiclaw.ai and we will promptly delete it.
9. Changes to Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 7 days before they take effect, via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
